Exchange and return policy
If you are not sure about the purchase you have made, do not worry as the Antiques Palace store offers you a flexible exchange policy to make your shopping experience easier and more enjoyable.

How does the exchange process work?
Exchange is possible in the following cases:
1-Exchange is possible if the item has not been used and has not been opened from the original packaging within 3 days from the date of receipt of the item.
2-Exchange is possible if the item is damaged or does not work properly, provided that it is returned in the same condition as upon receipt.
3-Return or exchange is possible if the item received is not the same as the item ordered.
4-Exchange is possible if it is unused and contains all attached tags and purchase invoices for the item.
5- Products that have been opened will not be replaced if there is no proven manufacturing defect in them, noting that non-replaceable products are all that violate or deviate from the warranty conditions such as (misuse - cutting - breakage - the product opened from its original packaging - failure to follow operating instructions - exposure of the product to water if it is not waterproof - performing any external maintenance - the device malfunctioning completely or partially in the event of using accessories that are not compatible with the device's specifications).

6- The replacement process will be rejected if the product requested by the customer needs to be assembled and the showroom assembled it after the customer's request.

Replacement for devices with manufacturing defects
Qasr Al-Tahf store will replace an identical device with a manufacturing defect within three (3) days from the date of receipt according to the following conditions:
1- The device must be free of scratches or misuse.
2- Bring the original box with all accessories and user manuals inside it.
3- If no communication is made within three (3) days from the date of receipt, the shipment is considered intact, and if proven otherwise, our team will review it after the product is shipped by the customer at his own expense.

Refund Policy
Our team will take the initiative to return the amount for the return process after receiving the product in our warehouses and ensuring that all the above items are applied through bank transfers.
