Return & Exchange Policy

At Antiques Palace, we always aim for your satisfaction, so we provide a clear and flexible return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and safe shopping experience.


1. Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unused and unopened in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items with manufacturing defects or visible damage upon delivery.
  • If the received item is different from the item ordered.
  • Items must include all original packaging, accessories, and purchase invoice.
  • Opened or assembled items cannot be exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
  • Items that require assembly and have been assembled after customer request cannot be exchanged.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after receiving the item in our warehouse and verifying that it meets the return conditions.
  • Shipping costs (round trip) will be deducted even if free shipping was applied.
  • Refunds will be sent via bank transfer within 7 business days after verification.
  • Customers may use the refunded amount as store credit for future purchases if the item is in good condition.

3. Shipping Costs

  • West Bank: 20 ILS for standard parcel (approx. 40×40×40 cm).
  • Jerusalem: 30 ILS for standard parcel.
  • Green Line (Arab areas): 70 ILS for standard parcel.

Note:
- Large or heavy parcels (tables, chandeliers, large items) will be charged based on actual size and weight.
- If the customer refuses to receive the shipment, they bear round-trip shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable in all return or exchange cases, even if free shipping was applied.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, opened, or assembled products.
  • Products damaged after delivery.
  • Discounted items (unless defective).
